On October 18, 2016, a former RFYBS board member gave a public statement to over 100 members of the league informing them that she had resigned from RFYBS because of chronic sexually inappropriate comments and e-mails from male board members.  Finding the their behavior unprofessional and condoned by Greg White, she resigned. It is no exaggeration to say that Greg White drove out the only African-American woman on the RFYBS board.

White did not have the courage to publicly respond to her statement and later had it redacted from league minutes. The RFYBS board then unanimously approved his actions. Women board members allowed this to happen with no objection. Why?Were they afraid of White or perhaps they supported his leadership and didn't want a league audit?

Earlier that year, a male board member passed around a photo of female volunteer and made fun of her appearance.  The woman's husband is a well-known eye doctor in the village. The couple have contributed hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to league. What gratitude.

The same male board member was involved in an extra-marital affair with another board member and neither recused themselves from the board. Both were Greg White supporters.

The same male board member was later accused of sending a sexually inappropriate text to ten year-old girl who plays softball in the league.  White and the RFYBS board failed to report the written accusation to the police, even though required by Little League International. White then doubled down on the the stupidity by allowing him to coach later that season. Why?

Once it became clear that a parents were critical of White's leadership, he responded by targeting their children.  For example, in the case above, White tried to take the sportsmanship award won by the African-American woman's child and give it to another player whose parents were supportive of him.
